Q:Delivery Information/Timeline?

A:At SANeuro we try to keep stock of the fast moving consumables as best we can. If stock is available, we can either do same day delivery (if our courier service allows it in your area), Early bird for the next morning or we can courier with normal courier. With normal courier, delivery will happen within 2 working days.


Q:Equipment and Accessories Delivery Information/Timeline?

A:On delivering equipment, our time depends on availability from our suppliers, Delivery can range from 2 weeks to 6 weeks. We are open to have Accessories delivered on special order in emergencies. Please note that there is additional delivery cost to this, and might still take a week. Contact our offices any time for special orders, we want to help.


Q:How do I sign up?

A:Simply go to out website main page and click on "sign up" (top right hand corner of the main page) This will open the Customer Registration Page. Fill in all the details and start shopping on our online shop.


Q:Can I purchase if im not a member?

A:Please contact our office via email or telephone to make purchases without signing up.


Q:Who do we contact for Technical Support on a product?

A:Please contact our office for any technical or application support, one of our dedicated, trained technicians will gladly assist.


Q:Are we able to return Product?

A:Accessories or Consumables that are ordered incorrectly can be returned if the packaging is unopened. Please contact the office if stock needs to be returned.


Q:Website errors/glitches?

A:Send us an enquiry in depth with there error that you are experiencing and we will get our web development team to look into the errors and fix them If there is an issue.


Q:Looking for equipment that isn't on our site?

A:Send us an Enquiry and we will contact you and let you know if we are able to bring the product in or able to help you source them.
